Control Tower & Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor live shipment movement across hubs, lanes, and customers through the control tower.
• Track in-transit consignments, identify exceptions (delays, missed connections, SLA breaches), and trigger timely alerts.
• Coordinate with hub, mid mile, and last-mile teams to resolve in-transit issues proactively.
• Build, maintain, and refine operational dashboards and trackers for real-time visibility.
• Track SLA/TAT performance against targets and highlight at-risk shipments to stakeholders.
• Maintain exception logs and conduct root-cause analysis on recurring delays.
• Generate shift-wise and daily control tower reports for operations leadership.
• Act as a single point of coordination during disruptions and support escalation management.
• Work with the IT team to improve data accuracy and dashboard automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred but freshers with strong motivation are also welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with business owners and managers.
• Self-driven. Organized and disciplined.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analytical tools.
• Comfortable working independently and under minimal supervision.
