Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits across assigned areas to collect and record business data.
• Identify companies that use or require logistics & cargo services.
• Gather key details such as logistics spend, shipment volumes, decision-maker contact information, and business cards.
• Build initial rapport with potential clients and explain company’s services briefly.
• Schedule meetings for senior sales managers with qualified leads.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
• Submit accurate daily/weekly reports on field visits, collected data, and lead quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and effective client follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• freshers with strong motivation are also welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with business owners and managers
• Self-driven. Organized and disciplined.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and under minimal supervision.

• Must own a two-wheeler vehicle.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Work Details

• Work Location: Jakkur, Yelahanka, Bangalore.
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat).
• 9 hours of work per day is mandatory.
