Branch Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day inbound and outbound operations at the hub, including unloading, sorting, scanning, and loading of shipments.
• Ensure accurate manifesting, labelling, and documentation of consignments as per SOPs.
• Coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures to meet cut-off times and minimise dock dwell time.
• Conduct physical verification of shipment counts against system data and flag discrepancies.
• Handle cargo carefully to prevent damage, pilferage, and misroutes.
• Update shipment status, scan-in/scan-out, and exception entries in the operating system in real time.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and last-mile teams for smooth handovers.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety standards across the hub floor.
• Escalate delays, damages, or capacity issues to the Branch
